Kurdish writer detainee Ali Reda is on hunger strike


NEWSDESK- The Kurdish writer detained by the Iranian authorities Ali Reda Sabahi Layen announced that he have been on a hunger strike.

On November 30, an Iranian court issued a decision to arrest the Kurdish writer Ali Reda Sabahi. The decision was executed and Ali was arrested in the town of Kalat Nadeiri in Khorsan state in Iran as a result of writing an article.

Ali Reda has declared a hunger strike. Ali Reda said that he has been on a hunger strike because the decision issued to arrest him was illegal.

It is worth noting that the Kurdish writer Ali Reda Sabahi Layen has 10 books in Kurdish and Persian, and he was arrested several times by the Iranian intelligence because of his writings and articles.
