NEWS DESK -The Dutch Foreign Ministry said on Monday that it had withdrawn its ambassador from Turkey, who had been barred from Turkish territories for nearly a year due to controversy between the two countries.
She explained in a statement has posted on its official website siad “The Dutch ambassador has been withdrawn from Turkey. In addition, we will not accept the new Turkish ambassador to the kingdom,”
The ministry said it had suspended negotiations with Turkey over the settlement of the case.
The dispute between the two governments began because of the Dutch decision to stop entry visas for Turkish officials who were seeking a propaganda campaign among the Turkish community in support of a referendum on the constitution in Turkey
