Rojda shyar: Al-Jazeera Tempest triumphs despite obstacles

DEIR EZ –ZOR- The commander Rojda Shyar confirmed that al-Jazeera Tempest is continuing to progress despite all the obstacles from the hostile sides, noting that the regime’s forces do not have the strength to protect Deir ez-Zor again, and that the people would not trust the Syrian regime again.

Al-Jazeera Tempest campaign, which began on September 9th continues to progress east of Deir ez-Zor. During the campaign, many areas, villages and hamlets were liberated. Despite the bombing of the Syrian forces by the Russian air force and the Syrian regime and its artillery, the campaign continued to advance with all strength, advancing and liberating new areas day after day

The leader Rojda confirmed again that during the campaign they managed to liberate a large number of villages and Hamlets in addition to liberating civilians and large numbers of women kidnapped by IS mercenaries, including Yazidi women, pointing that people of Deir ez-Zor appealed to Syria’s Democratic Forces (SDF)to save them from IS mercenaries.

Rojda added that the campaign is continuing from 4 axes,” she said, “Jazrat, Mercada, Sor, and the Industrial city, and SDF fight hardly with great resistance, and till now clashes are taking place between their forces and IS mercenaries, but (SDF) are defeating mercenaries and advancing.

“The goal of continuing the campaign in the four sides is to besiege the mercenaries and to accelerate the campaign and to free civilians and regions more quickly”.

Deir ez-Zor is a strategic area for the whole Syria because of the existence of oil and gas, water and agriculture and the richness of its lands Therefore, Russia and the regime want to take over Deir ez-Zor, but the regime does not have the strength and the ability to protect it again. The people of Deir ez-Zor will not trust the regime again.

During the campaign and during the liberation of the villages of Deir ez-Zor, she confirmed that 27 young women from Deir ez-Zor had joined the Deir ez-Zor Military Council and were now undergoing a training course to participate in the battle to liberate their city.

At the end of her speech, the SDF commander called the people of Deir ez-Zor to join and support the Deir ez-Zor Military Council, especially the women, so that they can protect themselves against the unjust and the Syrian regime.
