TABQA – Youths of Tabqa organized a protest for the first time after the liberation of the city and condemned the attacks of the invading Turkish army on Afrin and Shahba.
Following the liberation of Tabqa city by the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) SDF fighters on 10 May, the city is continuing on organizing and building works. Tabqa youths are organized as other youth in the region and take part in all parliamentary committees.
Tabqa youths organized a protest for the first time after the city was liberated. The first action of the youth was to distribute brochures condemning the attacks of the Turkish state and gangs against the Afrin and Shahba cantons in the towns of Al-Cirniye and Mehmudli.
There were dozens of teenagers participating in the protest that was launched yesterday, lasting for two days. Young people said they would continue their actions against the invading Turkish state and its gangs.
Tabqa youths did not have all their rights during the period of occupation of the gangs and during the regime period.
